I found myself locked out f my house because the door mechanism had broken. Contacted Goldilocks, who arranged to call next day, at my request.(free B&B provided by a friend) Mr Rees telephoned me as agreed before hand to enable me to drive home from work, so no time wasted sitting waiting. He got me into my home and explained exactly what had happened, part ordered on the spot and estimate given. Arranged to return next day, same arrangements telephone call before hand. Part replaced and door in working order. No mess no fuss. Pleasantly surprised at the bill. Would definitely recommend Goldilocks to anyone.

Barrie Rees of Goldilocks is very professional, with a reasonably price, he is also very efficient the way he goes about the job. Barrie showed us his references and police check. We would use him again, it is nice to know he only does what he has to. No hidden extra charges.

I would like to say I’m totally blown away by Barrie’s cheerfulness in fitting a new front door lock on a freezing evening this week and his return today to cut me some spare keys.

Quite simply one of the best craftsmen I have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble in resolving what could have been an infuriating problem. Added to that Barrie was able to visit at the weekend at a time when this was the only option available to us.
